Vision Statement
Our vision is to enhance and maintain the Deer Park Golf & Country Club HOA as a preferred and highly desirable residential community. This vision includes working together with our fellow Homeowners to provide a friendly, comfortable, safe, quiet, enjoyable and aesthetically appealing neighborhood. In so doing, we will protect the property values of all Homeowners and promote a neighborhood that we are happy and proud to call “home”.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to engage in those efforts that preserve and enhance the quality of life, sense of community and long-term financial stability of our HOA. Such activities include the thoughtful, efficient and effective management of all physical and financial assets. We will achieve our mission through open communication; reasonable and consistent enforcement of HOA rules, covenants and regulations; and promoting adherence to local ordinances. We will also support community events and neighborhood initiatives that benefit our Homeowners.
Core Values
Throughout all of our efforts to achieve our vision and mission, we will emphasize honesty, personal integrity, transparency, consistency, common sense and good judgement. We will also strive to be timely and responsive, involve Homeowners in our decision-making, promote neighborhood/community participation and demonstrate personal respect and empathy for our Homeowners.
