What amenities are available to residents in the community?
Our community features a beautifully maintained golf course, serene ponds, and parks.
How do I access HOA documents like meeting minutes and financial reports?
All official HOA documents, including meeting minutes, annual reports, and financials, are available for download in the "Documents" section of our website.
How much are the Member dues, and what do they cover?
Member dues are $40 per month (or $120 per quarter). A significant portion of Member dues are paid to the City of Deer Park (per the CCR's) to financially support the Deer Park Golf Course. Additionally, Member dues are used to cover maintenance of common areas (landscaping, irrigation, snow removal, repairs, etc.) as well as common utilities, insurance, accounting, legal, office and other miscellaneous administrative expenses. A portion of Member dues are also set aside in a reserve fund, in anticipation of future maintenance and/or replacement of HOA infrastructure.
